Delivery Information
When ordering for delivery please provide a contact number for the recipient. Some addresses, particularly those with house names or in remote areas can be very difficult to find. If you know that the property is tricky to locate please feel free to add any information which will help our drivers.
If the recipient is not in, we will leave their flowers in a safe place or with a neighbour, leaving a calling card explaining where to find them. If this option is unavailable or unsatisfactory (for example we would not leave flowers outside in excessively hot or cold weather conditions) we will return the order to our shop and leave a note asking the recipient to contact us to arrange for re-delivery of their flowers.
